~ WINEMAKER'S NOTES Clean, dry and juicy, we enjoyed this classic dry Rose from Provence with sushi rolls, Japanese salad and salted edamame at Sumo restaurant early in the Dry Rose season. White cherry, watermelon, citrus and white stone flavors abound which are pure, refreshing and tasty. Hints of spices and flowers carry through on the finish. Made of mostly Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, this wine is made from vineyards in the village of Viduaban in Provence. Dry Ros? is so versatile for food pairing and perfect in summertime.
