~ VALLEY WINE TEAM 2010 Made from grown grapes only in the Stellenbosch region, this wine is created to show the fresh, fruity and spice driven flavours of these Rhone varietals. The colour is youthful and purple/red. The nose is one of crushed black pepper, dark mulberry and mixed berry coulis.

An intriuging blend of Mouvedre, Tannat and Syrah that delivers an explosive wine. Aromatics of blackberry jam and stewed dark fruits, layers of whtie pepper overlapped with mulberry preserve, then black pepper. Nuances of tobacco leaf and cedar box interchange. The palate is full bodied, as it delivers the above flavors with a distinctive flare. Delicious!
